Author of Hollywood’s Hottest New #1 Best-Selling Book to appear in Palmdale Parade Sat Dec 13th

Recently reaching #1 Best-Selling status on Amazon.com on Black Friday November 28th, Author/Producer/Actor Jon Morgan Woodward will be featured, along with members of the cast of his upcoming movie, “Hidden Valley: The Awakening” in the Palmdale Christmas Parade, presented by the Palmdale Chamber of Commerce and the Palmdale Auto Mall Super Center, 47th Street East, between Avenue R and Avenue S.

Jon Morgan Woodward, a resident of Palmdale, is excited to be introducing his Hidden Valley cast during the annual parade on Saturday. “We have an awesome and talented cast and I am thrilled so many of them are taking time out of their busy holiday schedules to travel from Hollywood to make an appearance in my hometown parade. We have a few surprises to share on Saturday,” shares Woodward. One surprise will be the public debut of a werewolf costume that will be used in the film. The elaborate costume was designed and crafted by John Carl Beuchler, director of the Hidden Valley movie, most noted for his direction on Paramount Pictures’ Friday the 13 Part VII: The New Blood (1988) and his design as Director of Special Effects for Troll (1986). Beuchler’s work in cinematic monster-making is legendary and his creative costume will be worn by actor Apple Williams in the parade entry.

‘Hidden Valley: The Awakening,’ the first of five adapted thriller screenplays from The Hidden Valley Saga Series, is a grisly horror novel depicting the story of three high school kids attacked by a vicious werewolf, a chilling story about love, life and what lengths a small community goes through to try and win a high school championship. As the sun sets and the full moon rises, all hell breaks loose. Everyone has to fight to save their lives during a night of murder and uncontrollable slaughter in Hidden Valley.

Actors slated to be in the movie version of the book, Hidden Valley: The Awakening, aiming for a release in 2015, are Malcolm McDowell, filmstar in Clockwork Orange, Booboo Stewart, who played the role of Seth Clearwater in the Twilight Saga Eclipse and reprised the role in both Breaking Dawn 1 and 2, Reatha Grey, one of the hip senior pranksters starring on the NBC hit series Betty White's Off Their Rockers, international star, Jennifer Oguzie, actor/comedian/rapper Brett Hunt, actor James Cavlo, actress Kayla Tabish, actress Burgandi Phoenix, actor Carlos Ramzey Ramirez, actor and Director Joshua Lee Young, actors Hector David Jr. and Najee De-Tiege from the hit TV series Power Rangers Samurai, actor Brandon Tyler Russell, actor Connor Mulqueeney, actor Hassan Mahmoud, actor Skyler Seymour and actor Apple Williams.

Hidden Valley cast members Grey (Sally), Cavlo (Elliott), Ramirez (Jason), Phoenix (Rhonda), Mahmoud (Jeremy), Young, Russell (Zach), Seymour, and Woodward are all confirmed to be appearing in the parade on Saturday. A special appearance by actress Chelsea Cook and Williams will highlight a werewolf chase scene from the movie.
