Its The Situation vs Abercrombie?

We hear that Jersey Shore abdominal star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is crunching his way to a lawsuit on Abercrombie & Fitch. The reality star alleges that by emblazoning T-shirts with such slogans as "Gtl” the clothing giant violated his trademarks on "The Situation" and "Gtl," aka his regimen of gym, tan and laundry.
