Cast Rounds out for ‘Captain America’

Marvel Comics highly anticipated ‘Captain America’ officially has its General Phillips. Tommy Lee Jones has signed on to play the General and joined Chris Evens, Sebastian Stan, and Stanley Tucci to round out the cast of Marvel’s newest comic film surrounding the beginning of the Marvel Universe where volunteers participated in an underground experimental study, Operation: Rebirth, that turned one volunteer into a Super Soldier known as Captain America.
