About Author:

Born and raised in Mayagüez, PR., Ruzzo's love for physical activity started at a young age. From being part of "Los Trotamundos" an exhibition jump rope team from Mayagüez to being a Professional Personal Trainer and Dancer with a Degree on Physical Education and Exercise Physiology, he has been always involved in the wellness industry one way or another. Now he has his eyes set on another challenge, creating his own Fitness DVD. For this he created a Salsa Class, but not quite like the conventional ones... this class includes Cardio and Fitness, to make it more...fun. He's been teaching this class for almost five years on different gyms and fitness centers in PR and Maine, and now he decided it is time to let people around the world enjoy this fusion of Salsa, Fitness, Cardio, Agility, Squats, Jumps, Weight Training etc! And have some fun to the rhythm of Salsa Cardio & Fitness.
