Cheryl McQueen Chosen for Collaboration with Celebrity Hair Stylist George Papanikolas

Model & Actress Cheryl McQueen was recently chosen to collaborate on a project with celebrity hair stylist, George Papanikolas. This unique project will include a video and photo-shoot, which will introduce the new line of color to hair care professionals and the public.


The video, featuring Matrix products by L'Oreal, is designed to demonstrate the effects of the new Beige hair color line for every skin tone. A major inclusion in the video will be the importance of products designed to protect hair from damage due to over styling, coloring, and more. The new color line is a revolutionary advancement by Matrix, which boasts on the Beige Color Evolution and adds illuminating tones to brighten every complexion.

The Matrix brand, founded by Arnie and Sydell Miller, has been operating for over three decades and is committed to help stylists nurture their talent and creativity. "I felt that in order to be successful, I needed more focus. I chose the professional end because I knew the business better and was very passionate about it” Arnie Miller of the brand's creation says.

George Papanikolas is one of the most sought-after stylists in Hollywood, working with the likes of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Minka Kelly, and Hayden Panettiere. His work has been featured on the covers of the biggest publications in the industry, including Cosmopolitan, Allure, and Elle. George Papanikolas’s reputation made his involvement in the project an easy choice for L'Oreal.

"It was such a pleasure to work with George Papanikolas and Matrix by L'Oreal. George really understands the importance of satisfying his clients with his artistry. There are so many hair modeling gigs where you are told they will dye your hair pink and chop it to your shoulders. But with George, he uses his creativity to make you look like the best version of yourself," Says McQueen during her experience.

McQueen, a client of the firm Cylence Media Management, spent years working in the fashion industry before turning her attention to acting by making the new collaboration a perfect fit. She appeared in a number of productions, including SyFy’s School Spirits and Investigation Discovery’s My Dirty Little Secret.
