Jillian Michaels autographs Boxing Gloves for Fight Like a Girl cause

Christina Rondeau, RI Local Celebrity Kickboxer, 5th degree black belt, author and business owner recently met Jillian Michaels at the Vets in Providence, RI. Christina asked Jillian Michaels who is a star Trainer on the show "The Biggest Loser" if she would sign a pair of Boxing Gloves and Target mitts to help with the upcoming Fight Like A GIRL 5k.

Christina has been a leader at helping the community and is a 5k race director of the Fight Like a Girl 5k that is coming up April 26th at Johnston Park in Johnston, RI. Fight Like A Girl helps raise money to "help 1 woman at a time." Women are nominated by friends or family and when chosen they are asked what their 1 wish would be. Christina says," we help any woman in need, whether it be domestic violence, cancer, disease, homelessness or a life changing accident. We want to bring a happy distraction to them that can help make some positive memories that will last a lifetime." So far Fight Like A Girl has helped make 2 wishes come true and are close to finishing their 3rd wish and are accepting nominations for the next women.

Jillian Michaels was very happy to help out with the charity and didn't think twice when asked to autograph the boxing gloves and target mitts. They will be available for a silent auction at Rondeau's Kickboxing in Johnston and then available on race day at the Johnston Park April 26th.
